Option to hide the Job Parts Enquiry button. - Extended Password Policy settings
Enforce Special Characters and Enforce Numbers. - Mandatory training enforcement
Automatically remove technicians from jobs if mandatory training has not been completed. - TNA approval-level check
New approval-level check in TNA report generation from the desktop application. - e-Quip MAAPI URL
Used with the new API server application to enable MFA and other new features. - OneQA PDF Export Path
Used in conjunction with the OneQA interface for exporting test results to a folder. - Disable Non-Stock Parts on Orders
Requires that a spare part is selected when using the spare part ordering facility. - Enforce Bins on Order
Requires all line items on spare part orders to have a bin selected if a part is selected. - Enable Supplier Priority Prompt
When selecting the first part in a spare part order, the part record is checked for a higher-priority supplier. If one exists, the user is prompted to switch to that supplier; if they choose not to, they must select a reason, which is recorded in the notes. - Code field names
Allows the labels for the new Code 1, 2 and 3 fields on the asset screen to be renamed. - Auto-created PPM jobs copy the current contract
Once enabled, the current contract associated with the asset will be copied to auto-created PPM jobs. - Prevent Zero Stock Parts
Once enabled, the following applies when adding parts to jobs:- If the selected bin has a stock count of 0, the bin is cleared and a warning is shown.
- If the bin has stock but the quantity selected would take it below 0, the quantity is capped at the maximum available and a warning is shown.
